First a nice calling interview with RRHH, typicall questions about why did I want to work there, my expectances for near future, etc. Then a group interview where everyone had to build anything with LEGO pieces that could represent your career right now, or how do you see yourself in a long time period. All in less than 2 minutes. We also had to solve a case, a competition case about giving slogans to one of the 3M's brands: post-it. We had to do it in a team , purpose like 10 slogans and explain them in 10 minutes. We also had to decide first the company structure as if we where a publicity company working for 3M.
Then, finally, the following day I had to have the interview with the managers.

Hello,
Thank you for your review! We really appreciate you sharing your experience.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 3M (Bracknell, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
Fast Track Campus Visit - Took verbal reasoning and numerical test. Was called later in the day to say I had passed and was invited to an interview the same day. Got through the interview and was given a date for the assesment centre - consisted of a general presentation, a group task and then two interviews from two different sectors that we could be offered a role from.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at 3M (Manchester, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was an easy first interview (Face-to-face). The interview began with me describing my CV. Then questions like "Why 3M", "Why did you choose this course at University", "Why would you like to pursue a role in marketing", "When did you have to adapt"
