3M Product Development Specialist interview questions

Interviewed with hiring manager for about 1 hour. He introduced himself, explained the role and the product. He mentioned he had about 20 resumes on his desk and that I was one of the 6 he picked for interviews. We went over my resume and education. Everything seemed to have gone great. He even said he was inclined to bring me in the very next day for an in person interview. But he reconsidered and told me I should hear back the following week. I sent a follow up email a week after the interview. I waited two days for a reply and when I didn't here back, I called. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail and here I am writing this review. Early in the interview, we described ourselves as honest and blunt. Now I know I was the only one being honest.
