The main panel member didn't even exchange greetings at the beginning! There was no genuine interest with the interview panel in understanding why I wanted to move to this role. The final round was just 30 minutes, and felt hurried. No opportunity was provided to ask questions. Overall, it felt like a great favor was being made by even giving the opportunity to speak to them. The panel needs training on the interview techniques (and soft skills for interviewing).
