Interview
I applied online and received an email from a recruiter about a week later asking my availability for a call to discuss the position and my background. The recruiter was nice, but seemed disorganized. We didn't speak as much about the position as I would have imagined and she couldn't answer pretty basic questions about the position. At the end of the conversation I was told that the next step would be to speak with the hiring manager and I would definitely be hearing something in the next few days to get that scheduled. I never heard anything back and a month later I got an email saying they decided to pursue other candidates.
