They hire through a Employment Agency. You interview first with them. They then set up a Phone Interview with one of five hiring mangers from ADP, then they have you come in and interview with three hiring managers.

An unprofessional interview process includes poor communication, disorganization, unclear roles, inappropriate questions, unprepared interviewers, lack of feedback, and delays, leaving candidates confused, disrespected, because of the inappropriate questions I was questioning the company's professionalism
Very lengthy and inhuman , they asked me to come down to the office for documentation and then didn't even check it and asked me to send soft copy instead
