I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ADP in Jan 2017
Interview
Easy process. Sat and met with two different people. They asked customer service related questions. Not a very tough interview process at all. Was hired on the spot. Had previous work experience that made it easy for me.
Hiring event with 15 candidate, a lot of basic behavioral question that lead to a 2nd round with another interviewer. Overall the whole process was about 1 hour but waiting to get interview took an extra 30 minutes.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2025
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me telling me about two open positions. One was for BD and the other was for AM. He set up an interview with the hiring manager to determine what the best fit was for me. The first thing the hiring manager said was they didn't currently have any openings but wanted to interview for the future. While I appreciate the manager was upfront, the recruiter was not.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at ADP (Norfolk, VA)
Interview
The event was seamless, straightforward, and highly efficient—a well-organized mass hiring opportunity that delivered quick results and clarity for all attendees. It hit the mark perfectly, providing easy access to multiple career options.
