ADP Project Manager interview questions

Advised manager, posted resume, interviewed with recruiter, interviewed with hiring manager and department executive. After interview with exec, it was a waiting game. Received emails from recruiter that decisions were still being made. After 4 weeks, I was offered new position. It was a lateral move...no change in salary but annual bonus factor increased.

Interview process itself was ok but connecting with or getting feedback from the in-house recruiter was a nightmare. I appreciate these people are busy but taking weeks to get back to you after a round of interviews really isn't on.
