ADP Project Manager interview questions

The website continually malfunctions and shows "no jobs applied for" even though I applied for several. I wasn't sure my applications were even going through until I got an email for a phone interview. The email has a link so that you can go schedule the ph. interview but when I clicked on the link it showed "no interviews available for ANY time zones". Tried again the next day and it worked. The interview was a joke. She basically said twice right off the bat that this was going to be a "really quick" interview. I thought that was weird but went with it. She asked a bunch of general questions (Confirm email, ph. number, am I entertaining any other offers, am I available in the next few weeks, desired salary etc.) Then she asked about my previous position and when I started to answer she just kept cutting me short even though it was obvious I had more to say. She did the same with the only other relevant question, "Why are you the right person for this job?" I kind of pushed through on that one but she still cut me off and it was obvious she was not really interested in my answer. I got the feeling she was only doing the interview because she had to...maybe to meet a quota or something. The entire call was only 10 minutes! I won't be expecting to move forward in this process.
