I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADT (Pennsauken, NJ) in Sep 2013
Interview
I spoke to a internal recruiter after I applied on-line. After a brief conversation I was sent to speak with the hiring manager. Pretty simple and straight forward process. He seemed ill prepared and over whelmed. The whole time I was there he was on his cell phone or business phone. Commission only job so long as your not a complete bone-head they should extend an offer being that there is no investment on their end. BTW be advised the background check is very thorough. Employment verification, criminal background, and driver abstract.

Sat down with two interviewers, the main one conducting the interview was the person I was originally suppose to meet with. Spoke with both gentlemen for about 30-45 minutes about the job and various duties required of me as well as some of the benefits the company provides.
At the end I was offered the job, pending typical background check and drug test passing. A week later I was cleared and ready to start with the company.

During interview be able to share previous jobs difficulties and how you dealt with them. Overall great conversational format interview.
