I went through a recruiter so most of the interview process was pretty quick and easy. They interviewed me and I received word within a week or so for a second interview. After the second interview, i was informed within days of the their final decision to bring me on board. Both interviews were laid back a semi-formal in nature. They tend to be early in the morning to avoid prying eyes/rumors from developing, or so I believe.
