They send you a link to do a video assessment where you answer questions and record yourself. It’s like a virtual interview which I feel is a waste of time. They expect people to behave naturally knowing you’re talking to a computer and not a real person. It would be better if they actually had a person interviewing for these positions.

It’s asked a lot of situational based questions.. how would you handle a difficult customer etc
Assessment and video interview in one email. You can get immediate acknowledgement once the assessment is done. You need to wait for the next step. The recruiter is also nice always give an update to you.
