Well organized HR staff and recruiting.
All interviewers had a consistent approach and clear set of questions I was asked - mostly behavior based questions. Some negative questions also asked. examples - tell me about a time when a project really fell apart for you, etc. etc
The staff are smart and motivated - be prepared before the interview
