First I had a group interview, which consisted of a short series of questions such as why I was interested in abercrombie and fitch, why the position, what my hobbies were, what I knew about the company and what languages I spoke. They give you a big intro about the company so make notes, I didn't and it showed. Everyone got asked these in turn so try to think of fresh answers or get yourself noticed. I advice to smile plenty.
I got called back the next day for the interview with the general manager. This was more thorough and was broken into three stages. First, they gave me more information about the job. Secondly, Questions from a booklet. There were quite a few of them, so I can't remember all, but included, tell me about a time you had more than one deadline and how did you prioritise tasks. When you had to persue an idea when others didn't. Any leadership positions I've held. Other aspirations I had and why. And a difficult one I thought: the difference between leadership and management. The third part consisted of going through my CV, so work experiences and which I thought was the most useful and rewarding. Then going through my hobbies section. Overall, it took around 1hour. I was a bit annoyed because towards the end people kept coming into the room. Also he spends all of the time writing what you say, so it can be off putting.
I passed to the next round and I'm waiting to do my third interview with the district manager. Good Luck!
