Recruiter followed by phone screen. Phone screen is followed by onsite. The hiring manager is only introduced after you clear the initial rounds.
Round with the engineers went ok but they're all not prepared to take interviews and are very judgmental. One of the engineers with inflated title will talk sweet to you and act smart like he is asking intelligent questions (actually you realize he is dumb after the interview) but after the interview, you get the feeling that they're hideous people constantly judging, asking indirect questions to get the answers they want, nitpicking on small details, etc. Their entire stack is Python and they want to hire engineers who follow orders, point flaws at other people, etc.
I got the feeling that they're not interested in growing the company but looking to get bought by CrowdStrike or one of the cyber security company. They're lying about the number of open positions on their career site. Check reviews on blind regarding PIP and layoffs and I would say avoid this company.
