Acceleration Partners interview questions

From my first interaction with Jennifer Grossi at Acceleration Partners I knew that this was a company I wanted to be a part of. She was so friendly, honest, and helpful. We seemed to hit it off right away. After interviewing with her, I was really looking forward to meeting the rest of my interviewers, who were all just as friendly and great to talk too. The process itself was a bit more thorough than I'm used too. I had a phone interview, a homework assignment, a Skype video interview, and the last interview was a face to face over lunch. Even though there were multiple steps than I've dealt with before, it seemed to be a smooth experience overall. Jennifer Grossi was my contact throughout and she was very prompt in communication back to me to let me know I would advance to each round. Interviewing is never easy, but the team at Acceleration Partners made me comfortable and were great to get to know.

The entire interview process lasted around a month. First I was contacted by HR to review a company vision deck and respond with why I would be a good fit for the company. Next I had a phone screening with someone from HR, following that was a homework assignment to gauge my skill level for the position I was applying for. After the homework assignment I participated in a Skype interview with two account directors, which discussed my skills, experience, and some situational questions. Lastly, I had a meet and greet with a current employee from the company. It was a lengthy process, but absolutely understandable for a remote position. I was able to learn so much about the company's vision throughout the interview process, which ultimately led me to want the position even more. Overall a great experience, they never left you waiting for the next step; there was always someone updating me with where I was in the process.
