Acceleration Partners interview questions

It was a long and thorough process but enjoyable. After i applied online i got an email to take a little personality test. After that someone from the HR department reached out to me to get a better understanding of who i was, what i was looking for and where i would fit best. When it was determined that i would move forward with the interview process i was given a homework assignment that was related to the role of the position i was applying for. The homework assignment wasn't too difficult. After the assignment, HR reached out to me to schedule a SKYPE interview with 2 directors (one would be my direct boss). The interviews were enjoyable, some of the questions caught me off guard a little, but the other were expected for the position. I did this twice and then it was a lunch meeting with a current employee and I was offered the position less than a week later. So it took over a month with many rounds but it was enjoyable, and they were pretty flexible with days and times.

I had a phone interview, assessment, skype interview and then an in person meet and greet. The process was long, but well worth it to make sure it's a good fit for both parties involved.
