The interview is basically just a short conversation with the floor managers. All they're trying to do is determine if you're too weird or introverted to do a sales job. If you can speak clearly and walk and chew gum at the same time then you'll probably get a shot here.

No unexpected or difficult questions. The benefit of working in a call center is that they're always hiring, so at jobs like this basically everyone is hired unless you give them a reason NOT to hire you.

You will be screened via phone first then asked to come in to meet with a team of managers.
they each will ask you a series of questions and if you get 2 likes and 1 no, you are no longer considered for the position. Smile allot and be extremely honest. make your light shine very bright!

Spoke with a team lead and sales director. Then had a second interview with another team lead and another account executive. They always responded to me within 24 hours. It was very professional.
