I applied online. I interviewed at Achieve (Houston, TX) in Sep 2023
Interview
The recruiter did not schedule a time and just called me at 6:30 p.m. and did not check to see if I was available. We didn't talk much about the Job per se. He wanted to know what my previous employer paid me. For about 10 minutes, he did the following: He asked me the pay for where I am currently applying. When I told him, he said he thought I would leave for a better-paying job. I informed him several times I was aware of the pay and was okay with it. He then went back and forth, asking me different ways and hypotheticals on my loyalty to the company. I will not lie; I was happy about the rejection letter. I have never met a more unprofessional recruiter. It speaks volumes of the company, I am sure.

I applied online. I interviewed at Achieve (Tempe, AZ) in Sep 2025
Interview
Interview process was easy and the person was super friendly. They were on time and answered all my questions. Also gave great company information for job expectations. Explained the company would be party remote. Would also need to come into the office.
Easy and simple. Very friendly environment. The company seems very welcoming and engaging with employees. It seemed more like a conversation than an interview which made the process less nerve wracking.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Achieve (Tempe, AZ) in Oct 2024
Interview
Simple, they ask basic questions and give you a chance to ask questions as well. They ask about previous experience and what you can bring to the table. It was short and very easy.
