The interview process was seamless and took around 3-weeks from initial phone screen through final offer. You could really tell that each step had a specific purpose and they knew what they were looking for! Standard Interview Qs about past client experience, size of book of biz, etc. The team was welcoming and engaged and the talent acquisition was really above and beyond in terms of setting timing expectations and checking in for all next steps.
