I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2019
Interview
Interesting process, from recruiter to senior managers and partners alike. I got to meet a lot of (happy) staff members before reaching the final stage. This gave me the opportunity to really understand the solutions they sell. The interviewers were really open and listened to what I had to say.
Speak to a panel of sales managers and they will ask about why you want to work for them and about your past experiences as well as some qualities about yourself.
I applied online. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign (Barranquilla, Atlántico)
Interview
The interview process at ActiveCampaign was really good. I felt pretty amazed by the people in every interview I had.
They were kind, friendly and you really can see how much love they have for the company. That really caught my attention and now that I've been for a month at ActiveCampaign can understand better this love for the company and its product.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign (Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul) in Jun 2021
Interview
The process was very clear and explained from the beginning. Usual first interview, then with managers, and then a mock call. I got the responses in a week. Everyone was really sympathetic and easy to talk.
