Interview
I had a very positive first interview with the recruiter where we chatted casually about the role and my experiences. I prepped extensively for the second interview and was ready for competency-based questions for the 2nd round. The 2nd interview was only scheduled for 30 minutes which felt a bit short in my opinion. A good chunk of the interview was again taken up by talking about the role and my experience and then I was only asked one, slightly rushed, competency question about how I handle change and then the interview was over. It was a very pleasant interview and I felt ok about it but as feedback, I was told I did not give enough evidence of my experiences which felt unfair as the interview was so short.

Long between interviews but short interview sprints. First interview with recruiter, followed by junior team member, then senior managing team member, followed by super day interviewing with all relevant team members
