Received the first round interview process which was an email with questions.
In the email, the last question was "This job pays $16/hr with overtime paid at 1.5x and this is not negotiable - are you okay with that?
I did answer the questions for practice but as I have QA experience, this was such a lowball offer that I would not accept it. Within a couple days, I had an offer that was way better, and a large pay INCREASE as opposed to this which would be a huge pay cut.
