Interview
Firstly I completed a Take-Home Exercise in which they give a dataset and ask for analyzing the related questions.
After that is the Phone Interview in which we went through the exercise and explain your thoughts.

Questions like : Could you briefly introduce the exercise you have done? Can you tell me why you choose to use the mean metrics to describe it?
Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.

Walk through specific projects from the past experience.
They have 4 rounds of interview, one is more like a written test ,where you get asked some statsiticals or basic math questions. there are 3 rounds face to face interview, mainly behavioral questions
Informational phone call first. If you pass, then you receive an assignment. If you pass, then you are invited to 3 hours of back-to-back interviews for "on-site." About 1-2 weeks between each round. On-site also had a logic test.
