Asked few probability and statistics questions along with standard puzzle and DSA problems. Machine learning concepts are also asked if mentioned in resume. Projects are discussed in lengthy detail, but most of the questions are usually conceptual and doesn't requires much deep knowledge for ML/DL

Question 1
An amoeba lives, dies, divide in two, divide in 4 with equal probability, what is the probability that the species survives
I reached out to the research scientist and talk about my projects that align with him. Then we set up a call to further discuss about it. Then he set up an official meeting with other scientist in the team to discuss more about the alignment between company and my project.
1 hour online meeting with a research engineer. Talked about resume for about 15 minutes and then a few behavior questions for about 40 minutes. Not many technical questions asked.
It was good. They only asked about my resume and asked to explain all my projects and my contribution in them. That was it. It was pretty basic. Not that hectic.
