I first met with the aerotek recruiter at my school job fair. I signed up on a list to get a phone interview and left my resume. Sure enough, I got a call from the local recruiter at the date/ time specified on the signup sheet. We talked for maybe a half hour at the most. Questions were pretty simple, "What are two words you would use to describe yourself?" "Tell me about a situation that you found challenging, how did you handle it and what was the result?"

Residual basis, payed a percentage of the profit the employee brings to the company- until they are permanent

$43,000
What are the typical work hours for this position?
730am-6pm and sometimes weekends, dependent on client needs
Can you explain a typical day working in this position?
Division- industry expert. Account manager is direct supervisor – meets with the clients, and brings positions back to recruiter. Recruiter identifies candidates- from huge database, and referral recruiting. Lot of autonomy and creativity- company is supportive.
Are you recruiting specifically for the San Diego office?
Yes- and other offices too
She offered me to call her back when I came closer to graduation - but I've decided that this isn't the job for me.
