Agilent Technologies Horrible Interview Process interview questions

I was contacted by a "screener" to do an interview and was told I would hear back from directly from the actual recruiter for the role within 5-10 business days. 20 days later still had heard nothing, reached out to the recruiter who never responded and finally over 30 days later received the standard no thank you email. Agilent should better honor their timelines for follow up and respond back to candidates who take their time to speak with you.
