Agilent Technologies R&D interview questions

Contacted by HR three weeks after online application. Set up phone interview with hiring manger which took place three days after. Ten days later I was contacted again for an on-site interview which took place about 20 days after the phone interview. A week later HR asked me to provide work references and 7 days later I was given an offer of employment.
