I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aimbridge Hospitality (Plano, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
Interview process was straight-forward enough- 4 interviewees and about 45 minutes of questions and learning about job details. The next day, I was offered the position working 55 hours for two weeks a month, and 40 the last two weeks ( about 190 hours a month...) at a salary rate 10% less than a male counterpart at this company. After asking about how the 55 hour work weeks would be scheduled and agreeing to this schedule and pay, my job offer was rescinded because "I was not a good fit." This was after I had paid deposits for new childcare, and after I declined another job offer in lieu of this opportunity. The reasoning was that my concern on these hours meant that I was not dedicated and wouldn't be there long term. I have never held a job for less than 3 years, so this was a shock to me. This was all in a four-day span. Disappointing to say the least - I accepted below industry average pay and above average hours to be told I was overqualified and not a good fit. Stay away from this company.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aimbridge Hospitality in Mar 2022
Interview
I had a Zoom interview with two team members, the members did not seem excited to be there. They seemed bored throughout the interview though I tried to engage as much as possible. They did not follow up after, never heard from them again.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? What are your future goals?
I was referred by a friend. She forwarded my resume to her supervisor. I received an email a couple days later and was asked to come in for an interview. I interviewed with the Accounting Manager and a Senior Accountant. They were both really sweet. They were straight about the job expectations (50ish hours first 2 weeks of the month and regular at the back end of the month). Asked me general questions about my resume. I received an offer the next business day.
