in person interview with general manager and regional. Interview included questions about past experience, management styles, and sales techniques. Business casual attire preferred. interview was a the hotel and included a tour of the property

Interview
After four interviews, 1 in-person locally and 3 virtual with the corporate team, no one had the professional courtesy to let me know they had chosen another candidate. One would think, when you've spent weeks invested in their interview process and you were only one of 2 candidates being considered, they wouldn't simply "ghost" you because it's easier for them.
