I applied online. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines (Washington, DC) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was a friendly environment. The people at the HR where very nice and very polite. I got email with a link for video interview. I recorded and sent my answers. Few minutes later i receive a phone call you face to face interview at the airport. It went well. Then i receive another call the next day for the third interview through skype. I was asked few general questions regarding my customer service experience and she went over my resume and offered me the job. Training is in 2 weeks for about 10day in Seattle and i am so excited to start :). Over all the experience is great. I would recommend you get there on time or even earlier because they will be interviewing other people so if you show up late, then you have to wait a long time to get interviewed.
Several typical questions, very easy. Lasted less than 30 mins. They were eager to hire, it looks like. Let me know about the result of the interview the same day.

Interview
I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .
