I applied online for this open position at PDX. I was then interviewed on the phone for about 5 minutes and then invited to an in person interview the following week. It started as a group session with about 12 candidates. They reviewed job requirements and benefits for about an hour. I was then interviewed one on one.

I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .

Very simple, easy, and straight forward. All you have to do is go into the interview, and be yourself. Smile a lot and show the recruiters why you are the right person for the job
