I gave my resume to a recruiter at my university's career fair. I was probably offered an interview about a week or two later and was given a response about a week after the interview.
The interviewer was really kind and helpful. She mostly stuck to behavioral questions (i.e. no technical questions were asked) but the entire interview was very conversational. None of the questions were too difficult - they were mostly scenario questions.
