The interview was done by the human resources lady. She said she would give me a chance with this job but my pay would start off lower because I am female. What a terrible thing to do to someone.

I received a phone call to come in for an interview. The questions were simple and very general. After I answered the questions, the hiring manager had the shift manager come in to meet me and ask me additional questions
