Spoke with Manager, she asked me several questions which I answered to my best ablity and she gave me the job, though the manager was very friendly they did ask questions that were moral based and tested to see if I was a bad person or not but because I was morally grounded I passed and got the job.

In a situation where the customer is lost and can not find a product and you are unsure of where said product is what is your best course of action? What would you do if you found a lost kid in the store? What would you do if you found a spill in an isle?

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.
