Had a phone screening interview that went well, but did not receive any notification afterwards that I was not selected for the position. I would have liked better communication after the phone screen with updates.
Panel phone interview. They expected me to know everything about the company already. It was a lot of behavioral questions even the person asking me had trouble making sense of.

Was only one interview. I had two managers and their bosses in the interview. They asked a lot of different situational questions. They also asked about other technical skills and how I had acquired them.
