Allscripts interview questions

It was pool campus at Pccoe college pune. There was huge rush for this Company because there was NO CRITERIA which is really good for candidates having Strong Knowledge but less percentage. Following was process for selection(Every Round is elimination round) 1st Round was GD round- Topic "Networking is good or bad " (Not Social N/W). 2nd Round was Online Aptitude at there venue-English+SQL(No quant) but time was very less and English questions were too much descriptive. 3rd Round-Technical Interview 4th Round-HR

Interview Process was so bad that I could not even imagine in my IT career. First of all they called for 1:1 interview that includes aptitude test on English, Technical & Management interview. After that interview I was asked to take 2 more rounds of interview from the management with different set of people. After few days HR says, it's positive from India team you would have to go through 1 round again from onsite. This time 2 people interviewed again on people management and technical questions were asked. HR called again and requested to take 1 MORE round from onsite. I assumed everything went fine so lets take last round and finish this LONG interview process. In the LAST round the management asked me BASIC technical questions AGAIN and people management AGAIN and leadership questions AGAIN one more time. After attending 7 to 8 rounds of interview now Allscripts did not even show professionalism in updating the candidate about the feed back. All the people asked technical and same management questions again and again until the last round!!!
