Allstate Inside Sales Representative interview questions

It was very great, my interviewer was very nice and positive she made me feel comfortable. She gave me a through job description I got the job and I'm very excited about starting.

The process was fairly easy. I applied on the Allstate website. The same day I received the online assessment, which included listening to calls for accuracy while making sure the satisfaction score stayed above 90% and a most/least like you portion. After taking the assessment, I received an email(the same day/night) from an Allstate recruiter to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. Once the recruiter interview was over and they decide to move forward, you receive another email from a hiring manager to schedule an one hour interview via Zoom. During this interview, the manager asked about my resume and how my prior skills relate to the position applied for. She asked her interview questions and wanted the responses in the STAR format. After these questions, there is a 6 minute video with more information about the position. Lastly, you are allowed to ask any questions you may have. *Always ask questions. Show your interest. Please do not be afraid to apply for this position even if you don’t have license. They will assist you with getting your license and offer a bonus if you get your them before your start date. Just to give a timeline. - April 26: Applied(4:23pm), took assessment(6:15pm), and received email from recruiter to schedule interview (10:14pm). I schedule for the next day -April 27: Recruiter Interview(11:00am), received email from hiring manager to schedule (1:04pm). I scheduled on Monday due to the weekend - May 1: Hiring manager interview(12:00pm)
