One 30 minute conversation over the phone to determine first level of interest, both for myself and Ally. A second 45 minute conversation over to phone with a member of leadership to discuss specific interview questions and job duties.

Tell me a time where you led a project that went well and one that did not go well.
The first round interview was about background + a simple case study (you can solve manually or using excel). The interviewer was nice, and the scheduling was nice as well. Don't know what next step look like.

Great company to work for. One round of virtual interview and received the offer. Detroit location. , 3 days a week onsite. Benefits are great. Good work life balance. Management is very understanding.
