Interview
Submitted application online. Received a call a week later. First phone interview with HR Recruiter. Made it to the next round with hiring manager. Completed second phone interview. Invited to a final round. When I arrived, it did not seem pleasant when I walked in. Four parts with four different people. Immediately completed an Excel test that apparently did not have to with the position itself. It was said upfront that everyone would fail this. The actual description of the position was not what was explained at the time. The 2nd - 4th parts were with two directors and ultimately a “CFO”. Based on their body language, it seemed as if they did not want to be there. The questions asked weren’t tailored about the position at all and were made up along the way. What I did not appreciate was the fact that during the last part of the interview, the “CFO” advised she had something else to do and could not complete the interview. She did not shake my hand and walked away when leaving. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as I had another offer pending elsewhere. I would not have accepted the offer even it was extended based on that experience.

Interview
First interview they didn't show up. No call, email, text, nothing. No apology. Second interview was a very arrogant and full of herself woman who demanded I spit out one excel formula after another. Incredibly stupid and rude. I would never work for her, what a joke

Question 1
What are some things you learned in your previous experience?
I didn't have a good experience when applying for the financial analyst position. Starting interview, the recruiter didn't seem interested in asking questions, and mentioned that he already had someone else for the position, without not even having 10 mins without the interview. It was a useless interview. Should've at least acted a little more professional.
