Alorica's interview process typically involves an initial phone screening, followed by one or two in-person interviews with Human Resources and an Operations Manager. Candidates may also undergo assessments evaluating typing speed and language proficiency

Someone you never see again, because they completely separate themselves from the rest of the office, asks you questions about previous work experience, but they have no clue what other jobs are outside of the call center, so it gets awkward fast. You then meet with manager, take a computer test and get hired. This take three hours for whatever reason, so come with snacks, a charged phone and something else to do while you wait.
