I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Alorica (Magna, UT) in Dec 2014
Interview
The interview was very long actually. Took about three hours just for a simple interview that should of took about an hour. When you walk in (for this position atleast) they make you take a test just to see what you know for the position, after that you get your interview with two managers and the Interviewer. For the position they ask you technical questions and how you would respond to clients. After the two managers the Interviewer will make you do a drug test and from there on out they will actually tell you if you are hired or not and fill out paperwork.
