Interview didn't start til after 6pm, then second interview was conducted between 10pm - 4am. I was lucky to be the first to be interviewed. 2nd interview was conducted at a different site, I waited at the initial interview site for a free ride to the 2nd interview site. The person conducting the interview was a team manager, and interview was done during the slow times during hours of operations.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
