Interview
- Start by doing an assessment, asking questions about work environment preferences, etc. Scenarios testing customer service skills
- if you pass assessment, you have a first interview with HR representative, going over resume, and experiences
- then go to second interview with a team lead, you have to pitch a product to the team lead, then they ask questions about your experiences similar to first interview

good and fast interview very helpful, the interviewer is kind and showing empathy towards me. I like the attitude. Very appropriate, approachable and you will learn something from her. Good performance, and i feel very comfortable talking to her. I didn’t feel any kind of issues talking to her.

Interview
This was a very large Hiring Event. All of the staff was very friendly. It was organized at least for the most part. They took the time to let you ask them questions about the company, You still felt like a number but not as bad as so other job fairs I have been to.
