I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Alorica (Tulsa, OK) in Mar 2016
Interview
The process will begin with answering a computer-based questionnaire, which will gauge your active listening skills and your personality. Then, there will be the initial interview with one of the operations or production managers. If the interviewer is satisfied with the outcome, you will be invited for a second interview. Depending on what time the first interview wrapped up, you may need to go back or you wait for your second interview. Getting a second interview depends on the outcome of the first interview and the computer-based questionnaire. The second interview is similar to the first one, except they ask more probing questions to gauge your ability and qualification to be a customer service representative. The interviewers are very professional and they make you feel comfortable with the interview process. If the second interviewer decides that you are a good fit, a drug test and job offer will be done at the end of the day.
