It was a huge group interview with the department managers assistant who doesn't exactly care and hired the entire group of people even though most were not qualified. She didn't seem very concerned with the fact that people were asking how to get around company policies.

The interview was fairly easy. It was a group of about 7 people, plus the Hiring Manager for DIRECTV. He was really nice and fun to interview with. We each got asked basic easy questions, and at the end we got to role play a sale, everyone laughed because we had to make up our own products and company nam and had a great time.
