Will let you know immediately if you are hired or not. Then HR will begin any paper work that needs to be completed by you. Fast and friendly is how I'd explain my experience.

The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
