I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Sunrise, FL) in Nov 2017
Interview
Walked right in and got an interview. They start you off with filling out your personal information on a interview sheet and then from there, you hop right on the computer to take 2 assessments that test your math skills and communication skills. After that, you wait for about an hour or two to get interviewed on spot and from there, you proceed in to the second interview which is a group interview, moments later.

The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
