Applied via the website, got a call from a recruiter and did initial phone interview. Once finished, recruiter scheduled me for an in-person assessment and interview. When I arrived, I was sat at a computer to do the assessment (you get asked the normal questions about yourself, and then do a 30 minute simulation to test your skills). Then, I had the first interview. Then was scheduled for a second interview about 30 minutes later. After the second interview, I was hired on the spot and went to HR to sign some papers. Then I was sent to a lab for the drug test.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
