      Service Management Interview

      Jul 13, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      El Paso, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (El Paso, TX) in Jul 2018

      Interview

Hiring was a breeze, went to the El Paso hiring event on 7/11/18. Just be prepared for everything to take a while. I got there at 9:45 and was there until about 1:30pm. I had to apply on paper as well as their online site, where they ask you to create a username and password for the assessments. Took an IQ and personality test then had my 1st interview with someone from HR. Once you get your first, you've pretty much got your 2nd interview. I initially applied for the Customer Service Representative position, but was told based on my prior experience, I would be a better fit for the AT&T Service Management position where I would be handling e-mails and calls from companies concerning their connection or network issues. Met with my now boss from the department I'll be working in, and she was chill. Pretty young, has been manager for 1 year now. She explained to me all the ropes and answered any questions I had. After my 2nd interview, I took a few more assessments, including a typing test. Once I was told I had been selected for employment, they ask for 2 forms of ID. Can be driver's license, SSN or birth certificate. After that, I waited to be called for my drug test, which was an on-site oral test, given instructions for my training on 7/23 and that was that.
