It was through the phone but even then they made me feel comfortable about it. I got on the phone right away and the interviewer did not jump right into the questions, he asked how I was and how my day was going. After getting comfortable he started with the interview. He asked me questions and gave me the option to extend my answer if I really wanted to. At the end of the interview he did not make it seem as if I were just another person, he made it seem as if it was a pleasure to have the interview unlike other places that show more of a rutine.
